Parcl Partners with Super Bowl Champion Ndamukong Suh on Home Giveaway, Purchasing Down Payment on Winner’s House
Blockchain-based real estate investment platform and Suh Family Foundation are bringing attention to the housing crisis
NEW YORK, NY; May 24th, 2022 - Parcl, the blockchain-based real estate platform that allows users to invest in a digital square foot of real estate in the most desirable neighborhoods around the world, today announced the start of the Parcl Homeowners Association Giveaway in partnership with the Suh Family Foundation, a non-profit founded by Ndamukong Suh and his wife Katya.
Parcl and the Suh Family Foundation are using the giveaway to help level the playing field for those priced out of owning a home. Although homeownership is considered a cornerstone of the “American Dream,” with elevated inflation, a housing supply crisis, and significant institutional participation in the residential real estate market, it’s increasingly difficult to own or invest in real property.
Parcl and the Suh Family Foundation are partnering to provide one lucky winner with a down payment on a home worth up to $100,000, including an entire year’s worth of mortgage and tax payments. Here’s how the giveaway will work:
- From May 24th through June 3rd, participants should upload a video to TikTok using the #ParclHomeGiveaway hashtag, tell us why owning a home is important to you.
- Participants will also need to fill out an application form via the landing page.
- Parcl and the Suh Family Foundation will choose five finalists based on their personal story, engagements, and more
- Once the five finalists have been selected, the Parcl community will then have 48 hours to vote on the grand prize winner.
