Introducing: Parcl Points & The Parcl Referral Program

Today marks a milestone for the Parcl community with the launch of not just one, but two exciting initiatives – the Parcl Points Program and the Parcl Referral Program, both live now on the Parcl V3 platform.

A Reminder on the Points Program

As detailed in the teaser announcement earlier this week, users who have been active on Parcl V2 and V3 to date are about to see their efforts rewarded. From 21:00 UTC today, the Points Page in the Parcl Platform UI will display all retroactive Points earned from past trading and LP'ing activities, as well as those earned via bespoke opportunities such as Superteam bounties.

Moving forward, active trading and LP'ing come with daily Points rewards, which will roll out in seasons.

Season One of the Points Program starts now. See below for a reminder of how points are earned:

In the first season (Season One) of Points, traders will earn 1 Point per day per 1 USDC in OI and 3 Points per day per 1 USDC of LP deposits.

HOA NFT Holders' Special Boost

Those holding HOA NFTs in their Parcl trading wallets will receive boosted Points for every NFT owned. This boost applies both retroactively and to all future activities on the platform.

Merely holding the NFTs won't earn you Points. HOA NFTs just boost your score from trading & LP activities. The first HOA NFT in your wallet gives you a 20% boost. Every additional NFT yields a 5% boost.

Very important to note: If you transfer ownership of your HOA(s) while you are earning Points, you will lose all boosted points attributed to the NFT(s) you transfer. This includes secondary marketplace activities like sales & listings.

NFT holders should assume that they will be unable to recover lost Points boosts after transferring NFT(s) from their trading wallets. As a reminder, HOA holder snapshots may be taken regularly and without notice, and earned Points will be audited for gamesmanship regularly. Introducing the Referral Program

Today also marks the launch of the Parcl Referral Program. When you refer someone to Parcl, you'll receive 10% of the Points they earn, while they enjoy a 5% boost on their Points, forever. It’s an ideal opportunity to expand the Parcl community and enhance your rewards.
