After nearly a year of development, the Parcl Protocol is launching to Mainnet. The Mainnet Alpha will be available starting today, July 27th, and open to HOA NFT holders for a period of 9 days before opening to the broader public in Mainnet Beta on or around August 4th.*
Parcl has pioneered a novel solution that allows institutions and individuals to gain exposure to the value of residential real estate via the Parcl Protocol. The Parcl Price Feeds track the price per square foot/meter in cities and neighborhoods and the Parcl Protocol allows users to create (mint) Parcls and trade them through Parcl’s decentralized application (dApp) on Solana.
Mainnet Alpha will launch with the following North American Parcls:
- Miami, FL
- Los Angeles, CA
- Manhattan, NY
- Brooklyn, NY
- Phoenix, AZ
- San Francisco, CA
Over time, Parcl will offer additional geographic coverage for APAC, EMEA, and LAD.
Parcl is uniquely positioned to disrupt the systemic inadequacies of the current real estate market. By offering users lively price feeds, increased liquidity, lower minimum investments, and highly granular exposure, Parcl is on track to fundamentally change the way the world thinks about real estate investing.
Parcl is built by a community with a singular vision and passion for making real estate investing more accessible. Ultimately, Parcl’s mission is to bring real estate to everyone and this is only step one.
