Introducing: Parcl Points

The launch of the Parcl Points Program on the Parcl V3 platform is set up to be a game-changing event, recognizing and rewarding active long/short real estate price trading, holding open interest, and liquidity provisioning (LP'ing). This program is a nod to the dedication of Parcl V2 and V3 users, celebrating their commitment to the platform, ecosystem, and community.

Countdown to Points Program Launch

‍V3 users are already earning Points for their activity on the platform. The comprehensive display of Points, including HOA NFT boosts (more below), will go live at 21:00 UTC on December 15, 2023, in the Parcl Platform UI.

Retroactive Points

Retroactive Points for V2 Participants‍

Parcl V2 users' loyalty and engagement will be acknowledged through retroactive Points for past trading and LP'ing activities. These Points will be viewable on the Points Page in the Parcl Platform UI when it launches on Friday.

Retroactive Points for V3 Participants To Date

Users of Parcl V3 prior to December 15, 2023, at 21:00 UTC will be awarded retroactive Points for past trading and LP'ing activities. V3 users from launch to Monday, December 11, 2023, at 05:00 UTC will earn Points at the same rate as season one, plus a 10% early adopter bonus.

Accruing Points in Parcl V3

The Points Program will roll out in seasons, with season one beginning on December 15, 2023, at 21:00 UTC, and continuing until all available points have been earned.

• For Traders: In season one, one (1) Point is earned - per day - for every one (1) USDC of initial open interest, with the Point value earned per day and remaining constant, independent of market fluctuations.
• For LPs: In season one, depositing LP capital earns three (3) Points per one (1) USDC deposited into the Parcl liquidity pool - per day, with the Points per day retaining their value irrespective of changes in LP share value.

Later seasons may feature different rates of Points accrual. Traders interested in Points should join today!

Bonuses for HOA NFT Holders

‍HOA NFT holders using a wallet on the Parcl Platform that holds HOA NFT(s) will receive bonus Points. Having one (1) HOA NFT in the wallet connected to the Parcl Platform boosts the Points you accumulate by 20%. For each additional HOA NFT held in the same Wallet, the points you accumulate with be boosted by 5%. Holding 5 HOA NFTs, for example, means a 40% (20% + 5% + 5% + 5% + 5%) increase in all Points earned. This also applies to Points accumulated retroactively in both Parcl V2 (holder snapshot November 2023) and Parcl V3.

Future Additions - Referral Program

‍For those seeking alternative engagement opportunities, Parcl is developing a referral program. This feature will complement the Points Program by offering rewards for helping to expand the Parcl community. The launch date is not yet set, but it promises to offer an exciting way for users to contribute to the platform’s growth and earn rewards.

There are also bespoke opportunities to earn Points for community and user-generated content activities, such as Superteam bounties.

The Points Program is poised to significantly enhance the trading experience on Parcl, rewarding every strategic action on the platform.
